1 year goal: Go to the gym at least 3 times week, lose around 10 pounds and maintain weight by exercising and eating healthier.
5 year goal: Complete all necessary training in order to run a marathon by 2018.
*Mental:
1 year goal: complete my undergraduate degree, and graduate May 2017 with honors.
*Emotional:
1 year goal: I will not allow myself to become overwhelmed with school and other stressors, so I will take 30 minutes to an hour everyday to journal or read.
*Spiritual:
1 year goal: I will read the entire Bible within 1 year by completing a 365 day reading plan. I will also have daily devotions relevant to chapters I am reading from the Bible.
*Social:
1 year goal: I will make an effort to introduce myself or get to know someone new every week for a year, in order to build my social capital (networking).
5 year goal: I want to plan and organize an outreach program that provides support and resources for families in poverty. Meetings and Fundraisers will be schedule monthly to keep track of progress.
*Financial:
1 year goal: I will find a part-time job working 10-20 hours/week, to begin saving money to pay off student loans or unexpected expenses.
5 year goal: I hope to have a good-paying, stable job so that I can purchase a new car or pay of loans with money I have made and saved over the last 5 years.
*Environmental:
1 year goal: I will make a conscience effort to turn off all lights before leaving home everyday, as well as turning lights off when I am not in a particular room. I would also like to take walks outside 3 to 4 days a week.
